Company History

1988

Greco was founded by Peter Greig in 1988, after a successful career as a manual machinist.

Over the years many names and faces came and went as the company progressed through different phases of business. In the early 2000s having an almost complete overhaul as a mechanical workshop was set up to begin servicing umbilicals. Quickly becoming the more prominent side of the company.

As the years went on and advancements were made in Survey and Aquaculture. Greco again pivoted, with major investment in stock being the focus. This commitment allowed the electrical side of the business to begin picking up major contracts all around the world.

2022

In 2022 Greco faced its most prominent event in recent history, coming under new ownership for the 1st time.

With an excellent core of staff and a committed customer base, Greco appears poised to continue positive growth under new management.
